This is another great book.
This is a great book which looks at Jesus as now being crowned and that we should see Him as now being King and that He will also come as King. Excellent reading
This book filled me with so much hope, love, and yearning - yes, yearning - for the day my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ returns for His Bride, the Church. The incomparable love and patience He has shown for us throughout the Age of Grace, the restrained strength He exhibits constantly to keep from striking out at those who would hurt His chosen, and the tenderness He uses to assure us of the beauty beyond description that awaits us if only we wait just a little while longer. Oh, my Lord, please come quickly.
While I thoroughly enjoyed the poetic work of Samuel Gordon, it became a bit long winded. The book focuses on the Crowned Christ of Revelation. The Lord Jesus, is presented as the Crowned King of the Universe, the Lord is displayed in his full glory for all to behold. It was inspirational reading but took a long time to develop, covering various chapters in the book of Revelation. I would have liked it better if Gordon had highlighted certain points; and not preached soooo long on the topic.
